Red Lantern Dining

A 14-site dining group with no drinks capability. I designed and delivered a centralised RTD beverage programme from scratch: recipe development, supply chain, and factory setup. The dashboard was built retrospectively to make the operating picture visible.

The original tracker ran on a shared Excel sheet sent by email. Between updates, no node had live visibility into what was happening upstream or downstream. The work below shows how the programme was built and where that visibility model broke down.
